Sound System
Tough acoustics threatened their dream of a warm and lively space
Daily Dose moved into a beautiful, repurposed church with high, curved ceilings. It looked amazing, but the room echoed, making background music hard to control. Together, we chose speakers and amps tuned for even coverage from the front counter to the back of the seating area. The sound evenly fills the room and lets conversations flow, giving a cozy feel without overpowering guests. We selected QSC for its natural sound and dependable gear, and they definitely hit the mark.

Networking
They needed Wi-Fi that never slows down
Guests expect a strong, fast connection, and the team relies on it for sales and daily tasks. We built a simple, sturdy network with Ubiquiti UniFi. The whole footprint is covered, including the patio. Business tools and guest devices are kept separate, so one guest streaming something on their phone can’t slow the line. If anything feels off, we can check it from afar and fix most issues fast. The result is smooth service during the rush and fewer interruptions for the owners.

Digital Signage
Menus change regularly
Seasonal items move fast, and prices can change. We used Samsung commercial displays with OptiSigns so staff can edit menus from a browser, anywhere in the world, in minutes. No thumb drives. No hunting for remotes. Specials push to every screen with a few clicks, and hundreds of dollars in print material are saved every year.

Security
They aimed for peace of mind without changing the building’s charm
They needed awareness of every corner of the store without affecting the aesthetic. We installed a Lorex NVR system with discreet views that blend into the space. For round-the-clock security, SimpliSafe adds door and motion sensors combined with app alerts and a cellular backup. We also included wall controllers so that staff can arm and disarm with ease.
